Covid-19 Information and Procedures

We will plan for the worst and hope for the best!

The next review of Restrictions in Victoria is June 22. By the time we start the Holiday Club, there may be further changes, so it is best we plan for conditions as they are now. Kaz has been in contact with the local school for guidance as well as our contact with Business Victoria and the Department of Health and Human Services for advice.

What we are doing

  • Limit seating to 2 students per table and maximum 6 tables
  • Tables will be spaced to guidelines
  • Sanitiser and Cleaning wipes freely available
  • Individual Materials and supplies will be sanitised between classes
  • Tables, chairs and touch points will be sanitised between classes
  • An IR Thermometer will be on hand and we reserve the right to its use if indicated
  • Check in and departure procedure to be determined

What you need to keep doing

  • Practice good hygiene
  • Maintain physical distancing, keep at least 1.5 metres away from others
  • Understand the risk and symptoms (See below)
  • Stay home and avoid contact if you’re feeling unwell
  • Take care wherever you go, assume others may be carrying the virus

Procedure if student shows symptoms or feels unwell (see Chart)

  • Check temperature with non-contact IR thermometer
  • Isolate from the main class
  • Contact Parent or Emegency number (make sure up to date!)
  • Monitor student until Parent or Emergency arrives
  • Notify all other class Students/Parents of situation
  • Monitor Student/Parent situation in days following
