Covid-19 Information and Procedures

We can assume the Corona Virus is going to be with us for some time. We monitor the Business Victoria and the Department of Health and Human Services websites for our advice. The following lists try to be current!

What we are doing

  • Patrons aged 18 years or older are required to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination
  • Visitors sign in or use QR Code App
  • Students are already Registered but must Sign in via the Attendance Sheet
  • See the COVID Safe Settings chart below
  • Students will be spaced to 2 square metre rule guidelines
  • Sanitiser and Cleaning wipes freely available
  • Individual Materials and supplies will be sanitised between classes
  • Tables, chairs and touch points will be sanitised between classes
  • An IR Thermometer is on hand and we reserve the right to its use if indicated

What you need to keep doing

  • Wearing a face mask if over 8 years old
  • Practice good hygiene
  • Maintain physical distancing, keep at least 1.5 metres away from others
  • Understand the risk and symptoms (See below)
  • Stay home and avoid contact if you’re feeling unwell
  • Take care wherever you go, assume others may be carrying the virus

Procedure if student shows symptoms or feels unwell (see Chart)

  • Check temperature with non-contact IR thermometer
  • Isolate from the main class
  • Contact Parent or Emergency number (make sure up to date!)
  • Monitor student until Parent or Emergency arrives
  • Notify all other class Students/Parents of situation
  • Monitor Student/Parent situation in days following
